Subject:  SOTW 10/25/2004 This Kind of Love Author:  Christopher Haase <crittah2003-yahoo.com> Date:  29-Oct-2004 16:13:44 I like This Kind of Love a lot!  Perhaps because it was very poignant for me at the time I first heard it.  I was in 5-year relationship that was just not working out.  He is a great guy and I really cared about him, but there just wasn't a connection.  The song really spoke to me.  And, at the time I first heard it, the music was very much indicative of contemporary pop.  I thought, how cool of Cyndi to write a song that had a very intimate message, but sound just like the songs that all the teeny-boppers were singing.    Christopher
