I love this song--one of the three masterpieces of SOA, along with Fearless and Unhook the Stars. The perspective of how a long-term relationship has to adjust when the passion has died down shows a maturity toward love that no other "pop" song addresses. Heck, most PEOPLE don't make the adjustment to the adjustments needed toward attempting a lifelong relationship with another person. The fact that Cyndi captures it so perfectly shows her growth as a person as well as her growth as an artist. I love the layering of guitars in this song. Beautiful.
