I love this song because, just like Time After Time, it seems to be a song that will last forever. I don't think the song owns her, if anything I think she owns the song in the way that she passed it, and keeps passing it on to females everywhere no matter how old they are or where there from, etc.  She gives/gave the female race so much when she sings/sang it, and I guess you have to be female to understand and get it's significance.  it's defintely one of my favorites, and the video cracks me up! In the fearless video archive, on the Good Morning America interview, she said something along the lines that it was an honor to her to be able to sing it, pass it on, and make people feel good when she saings it.  So no I don't hink she gets tired of singing it every show, and anyways if she did all she would have to do is start it off and point the microphone at the audience and they'd sing it for her!
